The LAB AUTO DETAIL Pre Wash is a highly concentrated alkaline solution that dissolves dirt and grime from the vehicle in a contactless manner. This product is designed to reduce the risk of swirls and scratches that can be created by mechanical movements when using a wash mitt on a heavily soiled surface. The Pre Wash is formulated to be used prior to foaming shampoo application.

Our shampoo is pH neutral and won't strip wax or ceramic coatings. For delicate or specialty finishes such as matte paint, vinyl wraps or aged leather, test on an inconspicuous area first. It's good practice with any detailing product, ours included.

Delivery & Returns
Your order leaves our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. After that, allow 1 to 3 business days in Quebec and Ontario, and 3 to 8 business days elsewhere in Canada. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination. Orders over $99 before tax ship free.
We ship anywhere in Canada. We don't deliver to P.O. boxes, so please give us a street address.
International shipping isn't available yet. Write to support@labautodetail.com and we'll let you know as soon as that changes.
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unopened product for a refund. Return shipping is at your cost in that case.
If the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return and you choose between a replacement or a refund.
Our products are cleaning chemicals, so we can't resell a bottle once the seal is broken. That's why opened products aren't eligible for a change-of-mind return.
Email support@labautodetail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and the outer box. We'll sort it out quickly, at our cost.
For damage that happened in transit, tell us as soon as you can. Carriers give us a limited window to file a claim.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 3-10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
