Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship anywhere in Canada. We don't deliver to P.O. boxes, so please give us a street address.

International shipping isn't available yet. If you're outside Canada and want our products, write to support@labautodetail.com and we'll let you know when that changes.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination — you'll see the exact amount before you pay.

Orders over $99 before tax ship free.

Processing time

Orders placed before 1 p.m. ET on a business day usually leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Orders placed evenings, weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

During sales and holiday periods, processing can take a little longer. We'll say so on the site when that's the case.

Delivery times

Once your order ships, expect:

• Quebec and Ontario: 1–3 business days
• Rest of Canada: 3–8 business days
• Remote and northern communities: add several days

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays and carrier backlogs can add time, and those delays are outside our control.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated in several days, or shows delivered but nothing arrived, email support@labautodetail.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

Lost or stolen parcels

If your tracking says delivered but the parcel isn't there, check with your household and neighbours first, then contact us within 30 days of the ship date. We'll file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Carrier investigations take a few business days. We'll keep you posted, and once the claim is resolved we'll replace or refund your order.

We can't be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout, so please double-check yours.

Taxes

Prices are shown before tax. GST and QST — or the applicable provincial taxes for your destination — are added at checkout.
